1. How do I send you my shirt?
After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with simple instructions and the shipping address for sending us your shirt.

2. Can I use any type of shirt for a pillow?
Most shirts work great! T-shirts, button-downs, polos, sweatshirts, and flannels are all welcome. If your shirt is extra delicate or has special meaning,
feel free to message us through Facebook before ordering.

3. How long does it take to receive my finished pillow?
Once we receive your shirt, your pillow will be handcrafted and shipped within
2 weeks. Shipping is FREE within the U.S.

4. Can I send a shirt as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! During checkout, just enter the recipient’s name and shipping address. We’ll send the completed pillow directly to them with no pricing included.

5. How do I care for my pillow?
To keep your memory pillow looking great, you can spot clean as needed or machine wash on cold and tumble dry on low heat. For best results, place it in a pillowcase or laundry bag before washing.
