Standard Orders

Shipping your shirt to us:
After you place your order, we'll email you easy-to-follow instructions and the address for sending your clean shirt to Shirts to Pillows.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your shirt to us. Because your garment may be meaningful or irreplaceable, we recommend using trackable and insured shipping. Shirts to Pillows cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or delayed on their way to us.

Shipping your finished pillow back to you:
Once your pillow is complete, we pay to ship it back to you anywhere within the U.S. Shipping includes tracking, so you'll be able to follow your pillow on its way back to you.

Turnaround Time

Once we receive your shirt, your custom pillow is typically completed within approximately 2 weeks.

We'll email you when your finished pillow is on its way, along with tracking information.
