You do not need to select a pillow size. We will use either a 10" × 10" or 12" × 12" pillow form, depending on the size and design of the jersey. We will choose the size that best preserves and displays its original details.

Only the clean uniform shirt is needed. Please do not send the shorts, flag belt, flags, cleats or other uniform pieces.

How it works:

1. Place your order.

2. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to mail us the clean flag football jersey.

3. We select the pillow size that best fits the jersey and handcraft the pillow within approximately two weeks after receiving it.

4. We ship the finished pillow back to you free within the United States.

The customer is responsible for the cost of mailing the original jersey to Shirts to Pillows.
